To elaborate on this we will go through some common issues many people come across in their day to day living and give an example of how to use essential oils to assist you..
Abdominal Cramps; in todays world with so many additives and preservatives, processed foods and poor harvesting methods we are struggling more and more with digestion and many with allergies and food sensitivities. To aid with this there is a great blend called Digestive Blend, its a blend of basil, clary sage, chamomile, clove and peppermint oil. You can get it in a gel gap that you can take when you feel the bloating and discomfort, or you can apply it topically directly to the abdomen.
Cellulite; as we get older, our bodies start to store fat differently, our skin looses its elastin. Why not use essential oils to help renew and restore. To do this you will need a mix of Rosemary, Grapefruit, Juniper Berry, Lemon, Metabolic Blend, and Douglas Fir. Use this blend as a message oil, and message it vigorously on cellulite locations daily especially before exercising. Remove the Douglas Fir from the mix if you want to use in the water that you drink throughout the day.
Colds; the common cold hits like a brick sometimes, it usually comes because we tend to live life full of stress and not enough sleep to help recover and reset our bodies. Try a mix of Thyme, Tea Tree, Clove, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Lemon, Respiratory Blend, and Spearmint. This wonderful blend is perfect for a diffuser, all you would need is one drop of each oil in the diffuser and set it to your desired length of time.
